In 2017 Oshawa began to implement an Arm Care Program in their Elite program for players. Based on the renowned Driveline Arm Care Program it has evolved and is a staple in the effectiveness of creating awareness to the area of arm health in our Legionaires baseball players.

Our program follows the use of weighted ball/implements as an approach for overall arm care.  These programs are individualized to player’s ages, position and goals. And immensely popular in the baseball training world.

Our commitment to the best for our players can be seen by us sending Aaron to Seattle, Washington and the Driveline headquarters to complete the official Driveline trainer certification (2 weeks). And by providing the investment in equipment and facilities to deliver the arm care program properly with certified instruction.
